We have seasonal change-outs to align with on-going campaigns but the on-going objective&nbsp;is to use Spotlight as a space to strengthen LifeWear branding.In a time of social distancing and home-living, we came up with the concept of “AIRism at Home” to promote UNIQLO’s best-selling AIRism collection and how it helps our customers feel comfortable during these difficult times. In the New Normal, the lines between work and home spaces are blurred, so we wanted to re-work the Spotlight space to reflect that. The appeal area is split to 2 parts —the left which educates customers about HEATTECH fibres and how it has better heat retention while the right side showcases less layering in winter made possible with HEATTECH. As part of a long-term effort to strengthen UT’s branding, UNIQLO Singapore took over selected train cabins on North-South and East-West lines from 8 April to 12 May 2019 to showcase 6 different contents from the 2019 Spring/Summer UT collections. The train cabins were plastered with definitive and distinctive visuals from each collective to create an immersive platform consumers to experience all 6 content pillars. This project was an internal creative team effort, under the guidance of respective creative and marketing leads. Produced by Tan Kheng Hua and written by Euginia Tan, Modest Travels is a theatre play inspired by four user-submitted travel stories. I was tasked to propose the design of the programme booklet. I proposed a 16pp saddle-stitch landscape booklet. The plays are intended to be seen as one long piece that is linked together, hence the landscape format reflects that continuity.When designing and planning layout for content, I kept in mind the vibe of the play and the design shouldn't be too bold or loud.I’ve designed a simple flight plan on the second page of the booklet that guides viewers along the four destinations. The flight plan is divided into four regions (the plays in chronological order). I wanted a consistent graphic device and designed something inspired by flight plans on planes and wayfinding symbols seen on Google Maps. The graphic device is carried on throughout the other pages. In each of the stories page, the current "destination" is marked red while the others are faded out.
